Cory Marshal Stewart, age 26, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away unexpectedly in West Liberty, Ohio Thursday, April 11, 2019. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Kenneth Stewart in 2013.
He was born in Wooster, Ohio February 25, 1993, a son of James “J.C.” Coe and Kimberly D. Stewart, both of Bellefontaine.
He is also survived by his daughter, Cecilia Stewart of Bellefontaine; two sisters, Heather Coe of Indian Lake and Desirae Furton of Bellefontaine; a brother, Christopher Coe of Palm Springs, California; his maternal grandmother, Latella Stewart of Urbana, Ohio; an uncle, Kevin Stewart of Leesville, Ohio; three aunts; Shelia (Sonny) Earley of Xenia, Ohio, Shonda Stewart of West Carrollton, Ohio and Melissa (Michael) Demeter of Huber Heights, Ohio and his significant other, Heather Titus of Bellefontaine.
Cory worked as a shift-manager at the Bellefontaine Taco Bell. He enjoyed skiing and snowboarding at Mad River Mountain and loved cars, his dogs, and Iron Tiger Kung-Fu, where he had earned his brown belt.
Rev. Jack Hager will officiate the funeral service at 5:00 P.M. Saturday, April 20, 2019 at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 P.M. prior to the funeral service at the funeral home.
