Russells Point resident Ada May Phelps, 47, died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003, in Bellefontaine.

She was born April 14, 1956, in Bellefontaine, a daughter of the late Merlin David and Monna Zoe Moffitt Henry.

She worked for AVI; a vending machine company at Honda of America. The 1974 graduate of Bellefontaine High School was a member of the First Church of God, the Women of the Moose Lodge 1533 Indian Lake and the Epilepsy Foundation.

She is survived by her longtime companion, Mike E. Devine of Bellefontaine; two daughters, Serina (Jonathan) Leistritz of Russells Point and Tiffany Devine of Bellefontaine; two sons, Donald (Michelle) Devine of Huntsville and Michael Devine II of Russells Point; one brother, Larry (Tracy) Henry of Cincinnati; eight grandchildren, Michael III, Shawna, Damon, Trent, and Amber, Carissa and Diana Devine and Bethany Cruce; five nephews, Todd Henry of Columbus, Steven (Erin) Henry of Bellefontaine, and Chris, Matthew and Jonathan Trust; one nice, Felicia Trost; and one great-nephew, Preston Henry.

The Rev. Gary Brown conducts funeral services at 11 a.m. Friday at the Eichholtz Funeral Home, Bellefontaine, and burial is in the Greenwood-Union Cemetery, DeGraff.

Visitation is from 6 to 9 p.m. day at the funeral home.
