Betty continued to travel throughout the years, volunteered at the Mary Rutan Hospital Guild, was an active member of the Hopewell United Methodist Church, enjoyed her time playing cards with the ladies, and mahjong at the Friendly Senior Center. She was an avid sports fan cheering on the Buckeyes, Reds, and her grandchildren. Betty had an infectious smile and energy as she lit up every room. There are many memories with family and friends of the great gatherings at the Hennessy home throughout the years, whether it be in the backyard in Bellefontaine or on the back patio in Florida.
