Brittany Nicole Douglas

Brittany Nicole Douglas, age 23, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021, at her residence.

She was born in Bellefontaine April 3, 1998, a daughter of Gary Lynn (Patti) Douglas and Laura (Dolan) (Daniel Whetsel Jr.) Douglas, who all survive her.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by three children: Eddie Poindexter IV, Isaiah Poindexter, and Kamarah Poindexter; her significant other and father of her children, Eddie Poindexter III; a sister, B.J. Dolan; two brothers, Devin Pettit and Kalob Douglas; four stepsisters: Alyssa Rostorfer, Sabrina Rostorfer, Brittney Whetsel, and Tiara Whetsel; two stepbrothers, Mikal (Katrina) Rostorfer and Daniel Whetsel III; her paternal grandfather, Gary Douglas Sr. and maternal grandparents, Kenny (Carrie) Dolan and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Brittany attended Ridgemont Schools and was working at Hardee’s at the Love Travel Stop in Bellefontaine. She loved her family and spending time with her children and loved to cook.

Blake Kenner will officiate the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at the Grove Cemetery in Kenton, Ohio following the funeral service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Douglas family in care of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.
