Dorothy McClure

Dorothy L. McClure, 67, of Bellefontaine, Ohio, passed away Monday, October 4. 2010 at her residence. She was born August 5, 1943 in Logan County, Ohio to the late Hamilton and Mildred (Ritenour) Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband, William McClure in May 1986; two half brothers, Charles Lowell and William S. Brown; four sisters, Mary Frances, Pearl Dinovo, Della Olive and Maryland Kay; and two sisters-in-law, Mary Brown and Debbie Brown.

Surviving are four brothers, Jack Brown of Belle Center, Ohio, Harry Brown of Marengo, Ohio, Harold (Pat) Brown of Toledo, Ohio and George (Diana) Brown of Marysville, Ohio; a sister, Rachel Ann (Phil) Smith of West Liberty, Ohio; and many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy worked at Heartland of Bellefontaine and was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church in Bellefontaine. She was an avid Cincinnati Bengals and Reds fan, liked going out to eat and spending time with her family.

Pastor Greg Haisley will officiate the funeral service at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Kauffman-Eichholtz Funeral Home in West Liberty where calling hours are from 5 to 8 P.M. Thursday, October 7, 2010. Burial will follow the funeral service in the Fairview Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
