Forster Murphy

Forster Murphy, age 75, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 7:50 p.m. August 31, 2020 at his residence.

He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio February 20, 1945, a son of the late James and Virgie (Whitehead) Murphy.

On September 03, 1962, he married Marie North in Pineville, Kentucky and she preceded him in death.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Forster D. Murphy; one great grandchild and a brother, Robert Lee Murphy.

He is survived by three children, Patricia Jaeger of Bellefontaine, Marie (Rick) Hubbard of Sidney, Ohio and Dottie Murphy of Bellefontaine; four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Forster worked as a torch operator for D & J’s Scrap Metal in Bellefontaine.

A Celebration of Life service is being planned for later this month.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine is honored to serve the Murphy family.
