Jerry Wayne Burkhammer

Jerry Wayne Burkhammer, 75, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 6:48 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Logan Acres Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. Jerry was born July 30, 1947, in West Virginia, a son of the late James Franklin and Martha Ann (Messenger) Burkhammer.

Jerry is survived by a sister, Nancy (Russell) Wampler of Bellefontaine; and two brothers, Joseph (Pam) Burkhammer of Bellefontaine, and Raymond V. (Jeannie) Burkhammer of North Lewisburg; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by seven siblings, Margie Burkhammer, Imogene Burkhammer, Alice Blackwell, Jim Burkhammer, Clarence Burkhammer, Willie Burkhammer, and Thomas Burkhammer.

Jerry had worked as a mechanic for Super Foods for several years.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2023, in Bellefontaine Cemetery.
