Kathleen Elizabeth Kennedy

Kathleen Elizabeth "Johnnie" Kennedy, age 75, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 10:45 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2020 at Mary Rutan Hospital in Bellefontaine.

She was born in Dayton, Ohio November 19, 1944, a daughter of the late Dennis James and Pauline (Cyr) Bayhan.

She married Hilbert J. Kennedy and he preceded her in death in 2004. A son, Cheyenne Begley also preceded her in death in 2006 and as well as a brother, Gene “Chuck” Bayhan.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Ed) Green of Bellefontaine and Neva (George) Radabaugh of Jackson, Ohio; six grandchildren, Ashley, Autumn, Tony, Madeline, Matthew, and Michael; seven great-grandchildren; four siblings, Barbara (Bob) Kizer of Dayton, Ohio, James (Joyce) Bayhan of Huntsville, Ohio, Jane Long of New York, and Pamala Jauret of Bellefontaine and numerous nieces and nephews.

Johnnie loved to cook for her family and friends and enjoyed crocheting and birdwatching.  She had worked as the Director of Our Daily Bread of Logan County before her retirement.

Her son-in-law, Ed Green will officiate a graveside service for close friends and family at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 23, 2020 at the Rushsylvania Cemetery in Rushsylvania, Ohio.
