Lois Jean Blair, age 89, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Friday evening, December 10, 2021, at Logan Acres Senior Community in Bellefontaine.
Lois was born in Rushsylvania, Ohio January 14, 1932, to the late James M. and Marcella (Robinson) Miller. She married Levi W. Blair December 18, 1949, and he preceded her in death in 1987. Lois was also preceded in death by her sisters Shirley Morris and Patricia Roby and her brother, Norman Miller.
Lois is survived by sons Charles Edward “Ed” (Deborah) Blair of Zanesfield, Ohio and Roger Dee (Mary) Blair of Bellefontaine; four grandchildren: Charla (Chris Bair) Blair, Greg (Tammy) Blair, Lee Ladig, and Sydney (Levi) Birkhold; many great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Lois was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the Eagles for many years. She was an Elvis fan and enjoyed seeing Elvis impersonators perform. Lois also enjoyed her flower gardening and going to flea markets.
Pastor Jessica Cavinee will officiate Lois’ funeral Friday, December 17, 2021, at 1 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine, where visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Burial will be in the Rushsylvania Cemetery.
The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine is honored to serve the Blair family.
