Mark E. Kramer

Mark E. Kramer, 69, of Rushsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, in St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima, Ohio.

He was born in Delaware, Ohio on June 22, 1954, the son of the late Richard W. and Virginia (St. Louis) Kramer-Shafer.  

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon K. (Arnold) Kramer, who passed away on August 3, 2020.  He was also preceded in death by a son, Adam Ray Kramer in 2016 and a brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Baldwin.

He is survived by a son, Shane Kramer and five grandchildren: Katie, Brianna, Steven, Makayla, and Morgan and three great grandchildren: Skylar, Katalina, and Levi, a sister, Karen Baldwin of Belle Center, a brother, Stephen (Denise) Kramer of Batesville, IN and several nieces and nephews.

Mark was a 1972 graduate of Bellefontaine High School and worked in the construction field.  He was a member of the East Liberty Lodge #247 F&AM and the Bellefontaine First United Presbyterian Church.
