Patricia Ann Cole

Patricia Ann “Pat” Cole, age 81, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Green Hills Community in West Liberty, Ohio.

She was born June 18, 1939, a daughter of the late Clifford and Mildred (Cole) Stinson.

On June 20, 1957, Pat married Paul David Sherrick in Kenton, Ohio and he preceded her in death September 12, 1992. She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Michael Sherrick and James Wicker and a sister, Phyllis Peterson.

Pat is survived by her three children, Jefferson (Cindy) Sherrick, Rick (Brooke) Sherrick and JoDene Carter; eleven grandchildren, Steven (Shae) Sherrick, Erin (Tyler) Sims, Jenna Sherrick, J Yelton, Rob (Jaime) Yelton, Brad (Ceci) Yelton, Ben Yelton, Jacob (Madison Hatcher) Sherrick, Anthony (Jessica Shafer) Wicker, Jason (Debi) Wicker and Jessie Wicker and 15 great grandchildren.

A homemaker, Pat was a 1957 graduate of Kenton High School. She was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Miami Dolphins, Dan Marino, Pete Rose and Tony Stewart. She especially loved her children and grandchildren and enjoyed attending their sporting events throughout her life.

Per Pat’s request, there will be no public services.

The staff of the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine is honored to serve the Cole family.
