Robert Clayton Hayes

Robert Clayton Hayes, age 71, of De Graff, Ohio passed away at 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2022, in Ayden Healthcare of Belle Springs in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

He was born in Bellefontaine February 12, 1951, a son of the late Henry C. and Ruby Elizabeth (Blue) Hayes.

He is survived by his brother, Michael (Jeanne) Hayes of Bellefontaine, a nephew, Tyler Hayes and a niece, Brenna Hayes.

Robert farmed on the family farm most of his life.  He loved country music, especially Bluegrass and enjoyed being around his family and friends.

Pastor Wayne Downing will officiate a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2022, at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine.  Visitation will be Monday, from 1 to 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery.
