Roscelle Clark Sr. age 91, of Bellefontaine, Ohio passed away Monday, December 7, 2020 at home. He was born a son of Benjamin and Clara (Lynch) Clark September 18, 1929, in West Mansfield, Ohio.
Roscelle is survived by his loving family, children Karen Lewis, Kim Slaughter and Roscelle Clark ll; grandchildren, LaTrell, Angela, Mandi, Jayla, Kami, Karlyssia, Bo, Tyrell, Kea, Rossi and Jacob; great grandchildren, Keyarra, Jemal, Jada, Imanni, Immanuel, Elijah, Xavier, Alivia, Bobbi, William, Aunesti, Jayme, James, Ricky and Karla; a sister, Betty Rogan; several nieces, nephews and friends and a special friend, Jean Rogan.
Roscelle is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Beverly Mae (Deslandes) Clark; children, Robert Hamilton, Roderick Clark, Karla Clark, Valarie Hamilton and Phillip Clark; siblings, Vyrtle, Warren, Lewis, Mary, Lester, Neil, Richard and Barbara and a son in law, Kirk Lewis.
Roscelle spent thirty five dedicated years working for the Bellefontaine City Schools in maintenance. He loved the Cincinnati Reds, bowling with his brother Neil and was the Master of Landscaping. Most of all he loved his family and friends. He will be missed by all who love him.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 10, 2020 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Eichholtz Daring & Sanford Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Bellefontaine. The funeral service will be held Friday, December 11, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at the Christ Our King Church in Bellefontaine with Rev. J.D. Grisgby officiating and streamed live on Facebook.
Visitation will also be held one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
Burial will follow the funeral service at the Highland Memorial Cemetery in West Liberty, Ohio.
